Great place to visit.

I have played a round of golf here twice now and both times I thoroughly enjoyed it. To begin the staff are superb, extremely friendly and seemingly happy in their job. We ordered hot drinks both times to take around with us and they are pretty large, taste great, and a standard price. The course itself consists of 12 holes and is fun to play. While better in warm weather the cold failed to lower our moods. There are some basic rules which I guess are just in place to keep people from being at a hole for a long time and thus holding players up on previous holes. Luckily we played on quieter days and enjoyed a slow pace and even retook a couple of holes to try some trick shots and get some hole in ones (we would not have done this if busy). Overall the experience was great and something I will enjoy doing every now and then. It is a great value at £8 per player and you can go round again for another £4. Definitely worth checking out at least once, especially if you want to waste an hour having fun, either alone of with friends.
Lovely well made and well kept 12 hole mini golf course. Went on a sunny day and it was perfect. Can take your drinks from the bar around with you. Love the water features!

We’ve been taking private lessons with Jacko - one absolute beginner (myself) and one intermediate, both had great improvements. After 7 classes, I am able to play on the court. Jacko is a great golfer himself and a top instructor. Highly recommended
A good place to hang out. The driving range is the best in central London. Although a little difficult to travel to without a car, it has a shop and a cafe for all you need. Highly recommended.

Really loving attending lessons at RGA, daughter was on a waiting list for almost a year but once in, good teaching, enjoyable sessions and daughter wants to be signed to their gym camps too. Only suggestion is not to rely on emails only, in particular when there are tight deadlines to pay for following term and thus maintaining the place!

If you like retro gym equipment and having access to a comprehensive Health Assessment this is a great place to check out. From their website we really like this caption about the Health Assessments they offer ... "Included in every Health Assessment: - Quality time with an experienced GP or health and wellbeing physiologist - Results given straight away, with time to review them during your assessment - A personalised report with your test results and next steps - Free one-month gym membership to start you on your road to improved health - Quick and easy referrals, if we need to refer you for further support from other specialists." Not sure, how that sounds to you, however it sounds pretty comprehensive to us - making it the key selling point about this gym for us. Just remember, like many gyms of this age and size, not every nook and cranny is going to be picture perfect, and to be honest, scanning through some of the other reviews, nothing will beat checking it out for yourself. Hope that helps, Good luck [F]
Friendly staff. Very nice facilities. Sauna, steam room, jacuzzi. Has certain machines other gyms do not have which is a bonus. All round excellent.

Ah we need to get people to think that our gym is better than others... what do we call it? Ah I know! Better gym! On a real some better gyms have great staff I.e. one lad named Joey who I saw a while ago in the Hammersmith gym - jolly, helpful and respectful lad. Had a few chats with him and felt connected to the gym - like a second home. However in teddington it's a bit more like... no one is really there to say hi or talk to you. Apart from that they have everything you really need.
Small gym but friendly place with good facilities. Good classes but would like more

Perfect place to go to the gym or swim if that's what you want to do. The staff are helpful and kind. Has a nice cafe and good changing rooms. If you have a membership the benefits are great such as the ability to book a personal trainer.
Really enjoy my time here and feel so relaxed after . Really Need to go more often at least once a week for a swim and sauna 👍

You have got really good , helpful and friendly staff and trainers specially if you have questions about any sort of workout. Good air circulation for the gym, good facilities as well. Good level of hygiene matters and clean and tidy area. The variety of the equipment although is good for the space the gym has, still needs a couple of things. Overall I'm happy and satisfied with this gym and indeed i have and will recommend it to others.
I am new to gyms, overweight and in my 30s. The opportunity came to join this gym. Naturally, I was very nervous! I didn't need to be! The induction was clear and informative. Nice people who work there, I will add! The place is not huge, but has everything the majority of people may need. Ton of machines and items to use, the gym feels relaxed and I actually enjoy going here. The people who go here too, amazingly friendly as a newbie, you don't feel judged or threatened at any time. The opposite in fact. Mixed variety of customers of a variety of abilities, all working to improve themselves, great to see. I don't know gyms but I know what I like and personally, I am really enjoying myself at Lillie Road!

Its a inexpensive gym with a positive mission. I like that they have a functional area as well as an squat rack and even an deadlift area where you can drop weights. There is a sauna and squash courts too! For the cost (something like 20£) it's a great deal. I however didn't really like how dirty the shower area was, there was mold on the wall and ceiling and the floor was sticky. Also a some of the equipment wasn't working or was poor quality.
I go to this gym a few times a week. They have areas upstairs and downstairs for machines and weights. There are two big screens with sports tv and you can plug your headset into the machines. There are many aerobic classes available but I haven't been to any yet. I love the sauna which is located on the changing room but it can only hold approx five people. I hate that a lot of women use it while naked which is against the rules. The toilets are filthy and always smell bad and there are only two cubicles for members and staff. The showers are filthy and grungy. Full of hair and soap scum and all the water and soap etc slopes down to the end cubicle. Again, some women walk around naked 😣 The rooms are cleaned throughout the day but not regularly enough. The music is blaring, can't get away from it. The monthly rates are good, the lockers take a £1 coin/ a shopping trolley token or you can buy one a reception-they are returned when you open the locker with the key. Great place apart from the cleanliness. The vending machine is extortionate. Only ever seen it used by staff. Easy to get to. Next to Hammersmith Buses and Underground.

I've been coming here for about 6 months. I'm very pleased with it, and I like the swimming pool, showers etc. I do agree with other reviews that staff are hit and miss though. Some of them are lovely, some are not. But I also really enjoy all their classes!
I kind of like it the place, quiet and really spacious, not like in others gyms, you really have a space for your workout especially if you want to work on machines or free space on mats. Small space on free weights but as a health club I think there is no need for it.
