We bought a new XC60 Inscription on 16/02/2018 and although it is a short time we are extremely happy with it. I would also like thank the Volvo Cars West London team for their support and especially Aaron who was very helpful and patient with us. He went to great lengths helping us choosing the right model. He even delivered the car (free of charge) to our home the day after we purchased it (we could not collect it ourselves due to some unforeseen circumstances on our part). I would definitely recommend Volvo Cars West London
I dealt with Perry when buying my second hand Volvo XC90. Perry was excellent throughout, and the facilities at Volvo West London are great too. Loving the XC90 - what a great car.

Struggled to get my bike booked in everywhere else in the area. Brought my bike in to Halfords on the day (didn’t call ahead) and they said they could check it in right away. Even better, the very helpful Noel said that if I had any errands to run he could turn it around in an hour! Brilliant customer service and very reasonable on price! Highly recommend! 👍🏻
Credit where credit's due, I didn't have the same bad experience other reviewers report with a bike maintenance on this shop. The "gold" service is cheaper than competition (although the devil for these things is in the details), and I ended up getting back my bicycle in very good shape (I ride 30km every day for my commute and am very sensitive to any change in settings, grinding, loosening of the bottom bracket, etc.). A very light issue with the pedal rotation that another shop didn't even spot was fixed, the feel of the bike is very good, etc. I was impressed by the initial assessment done with me (another shop broke my derailleur once, and then claimed it was already broken when I brought the bicycle in...), and the fact that they price checked a couple of components that needed checking against competition and ended up giving me a 10£ discount over their original price. I also didn't find the attitude of the guys annoying in any way, they were clearly doing their best and I appreciated their help, so it looks like the shop might be getting feedback on board.
